PRINCIPAL

Jody K. Goldman, ASA, CFE, MBA, CDFA®

From working at the Big Four accounting firm Ernst &Young to opening her own practice in 2017, Jody has provided business valuation, litigation support, and financial consulting services for nearly 30 years. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, including individuals and both publicly and privately held companies in numerous industries. Jody has performed and supervised business enterprise valuations for estate and gift tax planning, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

Jody provides consulting and litigation support services on business valuations, breach of contract matters, and fraud and forensic investigations. She assists legal counsel in analyzing various financial and valuation matters in support of divorce, shareholder, solvency, and contract disputes as well as other litigation matters. She also has served as an expert witness.

Prior to starting her own firm, Jody was a Principal in the Fraud, Investigative and Dispute Services practice of Ernst & Young, a Vice President in the Finance practice of the global economic consulting firm Charles River Associates, and a Partner at the CPA firm DGC.
